JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent, ensuring our organization remains competitive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute effective recruitment plans to meet both short-term and long-term hiring goals (3-5 years).
- Lead the recruitment process for diverse roles, ensuring a steady influx of high-caliber candidates.
- Optimize recruitment channels, processes, costs, timelines, and employer branding.
- Collaborate with department heads to align hiring needs with organizational goals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Provide excellent service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance the talent acquisition process.
- Analyze recruitment data to continuously improve processes and channels.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Participate in activities that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct line manager.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, including 2 years in IT recruitment. Experience in an FDI company with a track record of significant contributions to company growth.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment strategies, and data analysis.
- A Kaizen mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with people at all levels. Good negotiation skills.
