Job Description
In charge of the company’s overall recruitment strategy, with a strong focus on attracting top talent and developing employer branding to position the company as the first choice for candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute effective recruitment plans to meet both short-term and long-term hiring goals (3-5 years).
- Collaborate with department heads to align hiring needs with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance the talent acquisition process.
- Lead the recruitment process for diverse roles, ensuring a steady influx of high-caliber candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Provide excellent service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Participate in activities that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct line manager/ CEO.
- Analyze recruitment data to continuously improve processes and channels.
- Optimize recruitment channels, processes, costs, timelines, and employer branding.

Knowledge
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment methodologies
- Familiar with digital branding concepts, including blog writing and branding design
Experience
- Female, Age ≤ 28 years old
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in IT recruitment
- Prior experience in an FDI company, with a demonstrated track record of contributing to company growth
