Job Description

In charge of the company’s overall recruitment strategy, with a strong focus on attracting top talent and developing employer branding to position the company as the first choice for candidates.

Key responsibilities

Design and execute effective recruitment plans to meet both short-term and long-term hiring goals (3-5 years).
Collaborate with department heads to align hiring needs with organizational goals.
Build and maintain a robust talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance the talent acquisition process.
Lead the recruitment process for diverse roles, ensuring a steady influx of high-caliber candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Provide excellent service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Participate in activities that foster a positive workplace culture.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct line manager/ CEO.
Analyze recruitment data to continuously improve processes and channels.
Optimize recruitment channels, processes, costs, timelines, and employer branding.

Knowledge

Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment methodologies
Familiar with digital branding concepts, including blog writing and branding design

Experience

Female, Age ≤ 28 years old
Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in IT recruitment
Prior experience in an FDI company, with a demonstrated track record of contributing to company growth
